3.3.0 Release Note – Validaide Help Center

Introduction

With Release 3.3.0 we introduce one major new feature and some smaller ones to Validaide, as well as several bug fixes:

Lane SOPs
Network Capabilities spreadsheet download
Show in which lanes a location or supplier is used
User task overview for Administrators
Several bug fixes

1. Lane SOPs

We now make it possible to create Lane SOPs which helps you to further digitize your documents and manage them more effectively.

See an example below how a digital Lane SOP can look like in Validaide:

The SOP is highly customizable and can be edited according to your needs. You can link lanes to it and get the related contacts added automatically based on the information available in Validaide.

Lane SOPs can also be signed off internally or shared with your customer and signed off mutually in a shared workflow.

2. Network Capabilities spreadsheet download

To this point, you could download your Location Capabilities one by one, per location.
With this new release, we make it possible to download the capabilities for your whole network in one Excel file. This has been requested by many of you, so that you have an easy overview of your complete network. It will allow you to easier compare stations or for instance add up your total cold room m2.

3. Show in which lanes a location or supplier is used

We have introduced a new Lanes tab for every location and supplier. In this tab you are able to see in how many and which lanes the location/supplier is used.

This should help you identify which lanes you have to review in case there is a change or update to the location/supplier. The number of lanes it is used in could give you the idea of your most popular locations/suppliers.

4. User task overview for Administrators

In the Administrator settings we make it available for Administrators to have an overview of all the tasks of all the users within their company. It is also possible to filter by user, state and task type.

We hope that this helps Administrators identify the pending tasks and this way they can coordinate better the work of their colleagues, by reaching out to them about an open task or reassigning the task to a new user.

5. Several bug fixes

Daylight saving in now taken into consideration in a correct way
Suppliers: Editors not part of the workflow can now download files
Supplier Location: Viewers can now download Files uploaded by own Company
Supplier Location, Supplier, Company Location, Company: Editors not part of the workflow are not allowed anymore to upload, modify and remove files
User: Profile: When Job Category has not been specified, the page /user/profile does not break anymore on updating again to No job category
Overview pages: Location and Supplier: Initials of users in Roles are updated for those set before the bug fix
Company location with Tier 4: dialog Modify Configuration can now be closed
Define Capabilities form: Company Location in state new cannot select anymore both Tier 4 and 3rd party handling in that form
Suppliers: Spreadsheet download: The number of suppliers in the Spreadsheet is now the same as on Validaide
A User is now able to modify a Company Location Business Hours
Company Location: Gallery dropzone: Authorized Users can now upload pictures about their Company Location
Lanes Overview: Create Lane when "No Lane Assessments have been created yet." not from the button in page-title now opens dialog "Create Lane"
Company Location: Profile tab can now be accessed (Air France Location)
AppBundle\Exception\LocationException: Can now add location as subcontracted warehouse location while location is configured as tier 4.
Invitation now can be re-sent from the back-end
Error has been fixed for: Unable to find field for: latitude
The 'Complete Profile' button now works in the Welcome Dialog
