7.3.0 Release Notes

In Release 7.3.0. we introduce the following enhancements to the Validaide application:

Enhancements on electronic signatures – When approving a lane or SOP your email and password must be entered to approve with a digital signature. For users with SSO enabled only the email field is available and must be filled in.

Identity verification when suspending or unsuspending users – When suspending or unsuspending users it is required to confirm the action by entering your login credentials. For a user with roles and tasks assigned, the suspend button is not available, in order to carry out the suspension of a user roles and tasks have to be reassigned to another user and only the user can be suspended.

Minor enhancements

Lane listing page UX change - When a lane is added to several SOPs, you can see the list of SOPs Lane is attached to in the “Overview tab. In the lane listing page, it is clearly indicated how many SOPs the lane is attached to.

Road step configuration in an ocean lane – When configuring a road step in an ocean lane, a new question has been added: “What is the container type?”. The default is always set to “same as lane”. The genset question disappears if option NONE is selected, this affected the assessment as well. When adding the warehouse step, the standard reefer has been added, it is possible to adjust in the offloading step, in case lane reefer is not being used in that part of the step, same for the storage step.

Defines LSP shows in an SOP listing for warehouse SOPs – If an LSP has been defined under “Parties” for a warehouse SOP, the logo of the LSP will be visible in the SOP listing page.

UX changes for packaging products – When adding new packaging, the most recently added packaging is on top of the list. Sorting from most recent to oldest. Add packaging button will be moved to the top of the screen.

Approved packaging UX changes – It is clearly indicated if the packaging has already been added to your approved packaging list with the option “Remove”.

When adding a parking stop – Specific parking area question will no longer exist.

Version control tab for “My Suppliers” – A ‘Version Control’ tab for suppliers is now available. Each action shows the date and time in the Approval Workflow.

Bug Fixes

• When navigating in the “My Location” tab, the own company location information on the page for the own locations of the company is not aligned correctly or the same as the supplier locations.  This was fixed and now the alignment of own company locations is the same as the supplier locations.
• When navigating as a packaging provider in “My Packaging” and clicking on one of the existing packaging solutions, in the overview of the packaging solution, the “Description” label is wrongly referred to as “Refrigerant”.  This was fixed and now the “Description” label is referred to as “Description.
• When a user rejects a lane, he was assigned to as a reviewer, and then the lane is modified and sent for approval again, the locations that were selected in the lane are not loading.  This was fixed, and the locations now are visible after a lane is sent for approval for the 2nd time.
• When navigating to the Overview of a Lane, the Predicted Temperature Graphs for July and January, are shown interrupted with missing lines.  This was fixed and the Temperature Graphs now don't have any missing lines.
• When trying to suspend a user as an admin in a company that has a Single Sign On connection, the system gives an error and doesn't perform the action.  This was fixed and now admins from companies that have a Single Sign On connection can suspend users.
