In Release 7.5.0. we introduce the following enhancements to the Validaide application:
If an email address and/or password are not provided in any of the required actions, users will receive an error message in the popup screen.
Hide password icon - A feature to hide the password is available.
A "Reason" field - This field must be filled in when removing a location from My Locations, a supplier from My Suppliers, a Lane, and an SOP to capture the reason for the action.
Change Password feature - All users (including SSO users) can change their passwords on the platform by clicking on the arrow icon in the top right corner, selecting "Your Profile", and clicking on the "Change Password" button.
A toggle "Require email and password when signing electronic records" - Companies can choose whether to enable or disable signing off with an email and password. A toggle "Require email and password when signing electronic records" can be found in Tenant Administration Configuration Settings under the "Workflow" tab.
Suspend/Unsuspend User - When the toggle is enabled, a user must enter their email and password. An optional comment field is also available.
When the user opens a Lane/SOP with no audit data, they will see the message "Records are only visible from the 2024-10-31".
- Remove feature for Lanes and SOPs - When a lane or an SOP is removed, multiple Remove entries are generated in the audit log, leading to an excessive number of log entries for a single action. To enhance clarity, these entries should be consolidated into a single Remove entry. This will be changed in the future.
- Changes in workflow status - An “Update” action reflects changes in signature status, for instance, when workflow changes from “In Progress” to “Approved”, the status update is recorded in the "Changes Made" section.
- Electronic Signatures - A new “Signature” action captures the type of signature, the User who signed, and the Role of the signer.
- Downloads - Two new actions have been added: “Download” and “Create.”
- Uploaded Files - The audit trail records actions such as uploading, modifying, downloading, and deleting files within Company, Supplier, and Supplier Locations.
- Lane & SOP Sharing/Unsharring - Sharing or unsharring lanes and SOPs are now recorded in the audit trail.
- Workflow bulk actions for lanes and SOPs - The bulk actions, "Approve Workflow" and "Restart Workflow," allow users to select multiple lanes or SOPs and restart workflows in bulk. Note: Electronic signatures cannot be detached from electronic records.
- Product Information (Manufacturer Side) - The audit trail records the creation, update, and removal of products.
- My Suppliers Information (excluding capability profile) - The audit trail records signatures, general information, user roles, classifications, audits, quality agreements, and downloads.
- My Company and Packaging Information (Packaging Providers) - The audit log records all attributes of My Company and Packaging.
New mandatory fields when adding packaging information: In the Dimensions tab, when adding a packaging solution, all fields are now required, except for the Thermal Blanket product group.
- Thermal Blanket product group - For Thermal Blankets, only the external dimensions and tare weight are required fields.
- Selecting multi-use reveals additional fields for more details.
New Sustainability section - The Sustainability section is visible on the right-hand side of the "Overview" tab of a packaging product.
New Sustainability Configuration section - Users can now add multiple new fields related to Reusability, Materials, and Reverse logistics under the Configuration tab under "Sustainability". This section is available for newly created and existing packages, allowing packaging providers to update sustainability data for previously added packages.
- When Multi-Use is selected, the Reverse Logistics for Air is automatically set to 100% by default.
Reverse Logistics Evidence - Companies offering multi-use packaging must provide evidence of reverse logistics to support their claim of sturdiness and reusability.
Outdated fields warning message - Outdated information is clearly indicated with an exclamation mark icon.
"My Locations" menu item for Packaging companies - Packaging companies now have access to the "My Locations" menu item under the Company Network. (Market Info is only available for premium users).
New entries in the SOP CSV - The SOP CSV has been updated with three new entries: Number of Lanes, Effective Date, and End Date.
PDF Naming Update - "Creation Date" has been renamed to "Document Generation Date."
Seconds included in time entries - Time entries in the Version Control tab now include seconds for each electronic record.
- When going to the administration page in the task menu, as an administrator from a pharma manufacturing company, and applying filters on the type of tasks you want to download, when downloading the spreadsheet, the type is ignored, and all the tasks are downloaded. This was fixed and the type in filtering is taken into consideration when downloading the spreadsheet.
- When navigating to a lane with a country risk and downloading the PDF, the PDF country score matrix is different than in the lane. When in lane the country score displayed is Medium in the PDF is Good. This was fixed and now the PDF country score matrix is the same as the in the lane displaying High, Medium, and Low.
- When navigating as an administrator in the administration page under the Users menu, some users that are active in the environment show as pending. This was fixed and the active users are shown as active.
- When navigating to my locations and downloading a spreadsheet overview, the number of lanes in the spreadsheet is different from the number of lanes in Validaide. This was fixed and the numbers match.
- When navigating in Companies under Market Info and searching for a company name, after clicking on the search for Companies button, the system does not allow to remove the name from the search bar. This was fixed and the search bar is working as expected.
