In Release 5.6.0, we introduce the following enhancements to the Validaide application:
- In the ‘My Suppliers’ screen, clearly indicated search possibilities in the search bar - The general search bar has a description with the list of fields (like for locations), it is possible to filter.
- The user is able to add product and product variants to an SOP – Manufacturers and freight forwarders can now add a product and product variants to an SOP, only for the SOPs owned by them and products created by them. When creating an SOP, in the ‘Configuration tab’ it is now possible to add product information. The user can select the product manually (as is functionalities, default option) or from the product list. Each product is displayed in the format of "pharmaceutical name (brand name)".After having selected one product the user can select the product variants.
- A new ‘Workflow tab' when creating a lane –When creating a lane, in the general tab, you could find the Approval Workflow option under the ‘Modules tab’. Now, this functionality has moved to a new ‘Workflow tab’.The Approval Workflow makes it possible to document the internal approval - and optionally, external Customer approval of the specific Lane Risk Assessment. It is possible to start the Workflow later on by pressing the 'Start Workflow' button. Once the workflow has been started the ‘Version Control tab’ appears.
- A Version Control tab for Supplier locations – A Version Control tab has been added for supplier locations. In it, you can see all the versions and approval actions carried out.
- Ability to add a table in SOP process steps – It is now possible for a user to add one or several tables in SOP process steps.
Bug Fixes
- In the SOP overview page, the information on the added lanes was different from the information that was shown in the lane, this is not the case anymore the issue has been resolved and now the information is the same in both the lane and the SOP overview.
