The main approach of the Validaide software to ensure reliability of the information is to leverage on the collective knowledge among the platform users. Our team does not conduct physical audits of locations to verify the information which is being provided, but we may verify data for completeness and consistency (by means of a documentary review).
Additionally, future features will allow a user to upload files in order to provide additional evidence (e.g. certificates, images) and introduce automatic review cycles as well as automatic notification updates. Another extended functionality might be a bi-directional data sharing process. Hence, a customer having a different view on the capabilities of a supplier, will be able to share this information with the supplier.
