Can I control with whom we share our capabilities?

Yes. A company can send you a data sharing request on Validaide asking for your capabilities data. The responsible person (or Administrator) can either accept or reject this data sharing request.

Before information about a location or company can be shared, the answers to the capabilities checklist need to be approved internally. If capabilities are not Reviewed, then they will not be visible even when shared. 

Please note that you can also choose to share capabilities publicly on Validaide.  In this case your (potential) customers are able to see your core capabilities data. Data will never be shared publicly with your competitors or suppliers, but only with your customers.
