When does an account get blocked?
A user account will be blocked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. On the 6th attempt, the user will see the following message:
How to regain access?
Once blocked, the user must reset their password manually. There is no automatic email sent from Validaide when the account is blocked. The user themselves must initiate the password reset process by clicking on “Forgot your password?” on the login screen. After successfully resetting the password, the user will be able to log in to Validaide again.
Note: There is no waiting time limit. Users do not need to wait a specific period before trying again. The only requirement is that they complete the password reset. The reset must be performed by the user directly. It cannot be done automatically by the system or by another user.
