Products in Validaide

In Validaide you can add information about your special products for Pharmaceutical and Perishable cargo, including marketing materials such as brochures and YouTube videos. This functionality enables you to better promote and demonstrate your special products, and the information you add about your products will be publicly visible to all Validaide users.

You can manage your products in the menu - Products tab, where you can choose between the Pharma and Perishable categories. Below you can see an example of what it looks like:

• More products can be added for air carriers, up to 6.

• Our concept is that you have one product group, which is essentially the name of your product category. Within that group, you have 1-6 products, which is what customers can book.

Please note that only Administrators can edit the product group and add products.

Edit Product Group

You can edit the product group by clicking on the button.
In the pop-up window make sure that you make the data publicly visible.

Then you can modify/add all sorts of information:

• Product Group Name
• Tag Line
• Product Group Description
• Link to your website
• Link to your YouTube video
• Product Group Logo
• Product Group Brochure

Add Products within the selected Product Group

To add products to the selected product group just click on the button.

In the pop-up window, the following information can be entered:

• Product Name
• Product Code
• Configurations (i.e. SPH code combinations)
• Product Description
• Product Brochure

Once all product details are entered, click on the button for the product to be added to your environment. The product will then be listed under the Product Group.
