Turn On/Off Public Sharing

Public sharing can be enabled or disabled for Air Carriers and GHAs, ocean carriers, port operators, and warehousing and trucking companies by the Administrators of the respective company accounts.

When you enable public sharing it means that the core capabilities of your reviewed locations - and for air carriers reviewed company capabilities - are visible to your (potential) customers within Validaide. This is the default setting when you join the platform. The advantage of this is that you do not have to deal with so many sharing requests, and your customers can already work immediately with your core capabilities data and hence can avoid long waiting times.

Please note: Even if your "Public Sharing" is On your capabilities will never be visible to your competitors or companies that are not interesting to your business.

If you disable it, other companies will have to send you sharing requests which you then accept individually.

To change the setting for public sharing, follow the below steps:
