Goal

The main goal for Air Carriers in Validaide is to add your Products and define your Capabilities, and share them with your Customers who can be either Freight Forwarders and sometimes can also be the Shippers. Your Capabilities have to be shared with other tenants, while your Products will be publicly visible.

As you may know, Shippers and Forwarders are obliged to be compliant with the GDP requirements, which includes qualifying their suppliers. Therefore, the information provided by you will be very useful to them, and will help them comply with the pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Another way to use the platform is to treat it as a supplier management platform, and collect the data for Location Capabilities directly from your GHAs by sending them sharing requests. This is recommended, however, not necessary in order to define your network Location Capabilities.

In order to accomplish the above goal the following steps need to be completed:

1. Add your Products
2. Define your Company Capabilities
3. Create New Locations
4. Define Location Capabilities
5. Invite GHAs
6. Send Sharing Requests to GHAs
7. See and Use Information from GHAs
8. Respond to Sharing Requests
