If you are a Port Operator, GHA, or an AirCarrier and public data sharing is enabled for your company, it is still possible that another tenant wants to see the complete set of your Capabilities, not only your Core Capabilities. In this case, they send you a sharing request.
If public data sharing is disabled, other tenants will send you a sharing request to see any of your capabilities.
1. You can find an overview of all your Sharing Requests in the Sharing Requests menu.
Select the tab in the upper left corner to see the requests that were sent to you.
There are two types of requests:
- With the
icon, you see the requests for your Company Capabilities.
- With the
icon, you see the requests for your Location Capabilities.
You can respond to the pending requests by clicking on .
2. Alternatively, you can also respond to the Sharing Requests directly on the Home page from Your open tasks.
3. Another alternative is to respond to sharing requests per location for location requests. To do so, follow the below steps:
- Go to the
menu
- Click on a location
- Go to the
tab
- You can respond to the pending requests by clicking on
.
The requests for your company capabilities can be found in the menu under the
tab.
By accepting a sharing request you give permission to the requester company to have access to your defined Capabilities.
Please note that accepting a sharing request only is not enough for the requester to see your data. You also need to have the Capabilities reviewed internally, otherwise they can only see blank answers for every question.
