Goal
The main goal for Trucking companies in Validaide is to define their Company Capabilities and share them with their Customers, that is usually the Freight Forwarders. It is also possible that the Forwarder asks you to define and share your Location Capabilities as well if you have any locations.
As you may know, Shippers and Forwarders are obliged to be compliant with the GDP requirements, which includes qualifying their suppliers. Therefore, the information provided by you will be very useful to them and will help them comply with the pharmaceutical industry regulations.
In order to accomplish the above goal the following steps need to be completed:
- Define your Company Capabilities
- Create New Locations (if you have any)
- Define your Location Capabilities (if applicable)
- Respond to Sharing Requests
- Share Capabilities with Customers (if applicable)
To your Customer, your Capabilities will be visible only if you filled in and approved the questionnaire AND you accepted their sharing request.
