Share Location Capabilities with Customers

In case your Customers have not sent you sharing requests but you would like to show them your handling capabilities, we also give you a possibility for that.

After you defined your Location Capabilities, you can simply follow below steps to share them with your Customers:

1. Go to the My Locations menu and click on the location whose Capabilities you would like to share.
2. Click on the button.
3. In the pop-up window select the company you would like to share your Capabilities with, and confirm.

The above steps work only if your customer is a tenant on Validaide. If this is not the case, first you have to invite them to join the platform.
