Goal

One application to manage all your Lane Risk Assessments and Lane SOPs in one digital platform, ensuring easy access and compliance with regulatory guidelines. With our unique collaboration capabilities, you can seamlessly collaborate with your logistics partners to create and approve Lane Assessments in a consistent digital format.​

Validaide access tiers

Validaide provides two access tiers to pharmaceutical manufacturers:

• Basic – Provides access to the basic functionality in the Validaide application. Designed for manufacturers that receive Lanes from a single forwarder, including digital approvals.  
• Premium – Provides access to more advanced functionality, such as mass editing, requesting Lanes from forwarders, creating their own Lanes, exporting Lanes and much more.

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you get started:

1. View Shared Lane Assessments: See the assessments of the Lane that has been shared with you by your Forwarder, including timeplan and predicted ambient temperature profile. 
2. Approve the Shared Lane: Get involved in the approval workflow of the shared lane, and digitally approve the Lane Assessment.

3. Product stability: Add product stability data to later use it in a lane risk assessment.
4. Create an approved packaging list: Define a list of approved packaging from the packaging repository.
5. Create Lane Assessment Yourself: Have flight(s) and/or road transport added on the lane, or create a lane with ocean transport.
6. Manage Views and Ensure Data Availability: You can select which view you want to use for the lane assessment, and you should also make sure that the data is available for you to use.
7. View Your Own Lane Assessment: See the Lane Assessment you created, including timeplan and predicted ambient temperature profile.
8. SOP: Introduction, How to: create a new SOP, edit processes for a new SOP.
9. Lane and SOP Workflow: Digital collaboration with multiple parties on Lanes and SOPs, sharing lanes and SOPs with external parties.
10. Approval Workflow for Lanes and SOPs: How to add and start an approval workflow for an SOP and Lane, user roles and stages within the approval workflow.
