Lanes

Users can complete bulk actions to refresh capabilities and restart, approve the workflow and share with customers.

mceclip0.png Please note that:

  • Not more than 20 lanes can have their capabilities refreshed.
  • Restarting the workflow can be done by the responsible of a lane or the administrator and refreshing of a lane can be done only by the responsible at the company that created the lane.
  • When selecting lanes to refresh, the user will get a notification on how many lanes the system will update.
  • The user can work on other things while the system is updating the lanes. The user will not get a message that it has been done. It can be seen when refreshing the lane overview page.

 In order to share LRAs in bulk the following criteria have to be met:

  • If the customer is active on Validaide (a tenant).
  • The LRAs have to have a customer assigned.

If a lane is being shared it cannot be reshared. This feature is currently available only for freight forwarders.

 

Bulk actions for lanes.

Approve workflow Freight forwarders, manufacturers, wholesalers, ocean carriers, air carriers It can be done only by the internal reviewer and external reviewers assigned Workflow status: Internal and external review

 Workflow status: Approved, about to expire and expired
Share with customer Freight forwarders, wholesalers, ocean carriers, air carriers Only tenant admin or users assigned to the workflow

Create and Configure a Lane Risk Assessment.

SOPs

Users can share multiple SOPs with forwarders and mass approve the workflow at once.

  • When mass updating lanes/SOPs to refresh, the user will get a notification on how many lanes the system will update.
  • The user can work on other things while the system is updating the lanes.
  • Not more than 20 lanes/SOP can be selected for bulk actions at the time.
