How to modify or edit Warehouse steps

Warehouse Activity

Validaide gives users the flexibility of adding, modifying, or removing Warehouse Activities. 

Please note that you can add a Warehouse activity only once.

In the 'Configuration tab', go to the Warehouse step. You can add a new warehouse activity by clicking on the Warehouse Activity button.

You can select a warehouse activity from the drop-down list in the pop-up screen.

You can also indicate if the cargo is in a temperature-controlled, not temperature-controlled, temperature-protected, or unknown state during warehouse activity. The duration of the activity and packaging type can also be adjusted, and a comment/ instruction can be added.

If none of the drop-down options suit your activity, select 'Other' as a warehouse activity. After selecting 'Other' as warehouse activity, a Description text field appears to name the activity.

You can edit or remove a warehouse activity substep by clicking on the icons next to the substep:

It is possible to modify the duration of each warehouse step by clicking on the modify icon and updating it in the pop-up window.

Please note: A user can choose between different container packaging types for each process step.
