How to send a sharing request for Location Capabilities

Requesting Location Capabilities from your supplier can be done easily in Validaide, you just have to follow the below steps:

1. Go to the  menu and click on the supplier location name.
2. Click on the Data Sharing tab.
3. Here you see which companies have a view on the location capabilities, that you could send a request to, and in what status their capabilities are. E.g. in the case of a GHA location, a forwarder can send a request to the air carriers who have added this location as a supplier location in their environment:
4. Then, press “Request a Supplier View”. Please add a personal message to explain the reason why you are asking for their view.

Please note that the above is only possible if the supplier is already a tenant on Validaide. If this is not the case, you can invite them to join Validaide and share their capabilities with you on the platform.
