How to reset your password

In case you forgot your password you can request a new one easily.

You just have to click on "Don't remember your password?" on the login page or follow this link: https://app.validaide.com/forgot_password

There you have to type in your email address that you use for Validaide and you will receive the new password by email.

In case you experience difficulties with logging in, do not hesitate to contact us at support@validaide.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

The password length is 12 characters, password history, password dictionary, and personal data will be saved of the last 5 passwords, and will not be allowed to use when changing it. https://auth0.com/docs/authenticate/database-connections/password-options

How long is the password setting link valid?

All users (including SSO users) can reset their passwords on the platform by clicking on the arrow icon in the top right corner, selecting "Your Profile", and clicking on the "Change Password" button.
