When you invite a colleague an email is sent to them with a token that they can use to gain access to Validaide. However, for certain reasons it might happen that your colleague does not receive this email.
Here are some checks to perform to try to resolve this situation:
- Verify that the correct E-mail address was used
Yes, we know... but despite everyone's best efforts, typos are made and many hours have been spent looking for problems that were traced back to the E-mail address of John Doe being jdoe@acme.com and NOT john.doe@acme.com. - Verify that the E-mail did not end up in the Spam or Junk folder
Despite our best efforts to ensure that our mail senders meet the latest criteria, it still occasionally occurs that one of our E-mails is marked as spam. You can confer with your colleague to verify the invitation is not in their Spam or Junk folder by searching for the keyword 'Validaide' or the domain 'validaide.com'.
Generally speaking: all the E-mails sent by or on behalf of Validaide should originate from the 'validaide.com' domain. If you receive an E-mail that does not have this domain, please report it to us via support@validaide.com.
