In case you experience problems with logging in despite having a user account and entering the correct password, please try these steps:
1. Update your browser version, or use another browser.
Other possible causes include cookie settings and cross-site tracking.

2. With Safari, there is a known issue with cross-site tracking. If you disable it you will be able to log in. To do so, go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and un-tick the box for "Prevent cross-site tracking":
