Validaide has 4 data exports available to our customers.
An Administrator is given access to 4 different data exports:
- Network Capabilities - provided in a JSON file
- Ground Handling Agent Capabilities - provided in a JSON file
- Lane JSON - provided in a JSON file
- Lane CSV - provided in CSV
- Audit Trail & Activity Log CSV
- FTP Synchronization
- SFTP Synchronization
Each one of these exports is compressed into a ZIP file that contains JSON ZIP files. The specifications of the JSON format can be obtained on request.
Network Capabilities, Ground Handing Agent Capabilities, and Lane JSON are available upon entering a specific commercial agreement. If you are interested in any of these, please get in touch with us at Support@validaide.com or ask your account manager.
These exports can be found under “Data Exports” in the Administrator menu.
Network capabilities
The Network Capabilities Extract contains information on your Company Locations and direct Supplier Locations.
The information is only included when:

Company Locations or Supplier Locations are in a state “Reviewed”.

When you have created your view of the Company Location or Supplier Location.
The content of this export: general information (address, contact information, operating hours), images and files, and core capabilities (i.e. the answers to the questions).
Ground Handling Agent Capabilities
Ground Handling Agent Capabilities Extract contains the answers to the core questions for all GHA locations that you have access to, either because they are publicly shared or because they have accepted your sharing request. This extract shows a particular location, for instance, Dnata Amsterdam, and then could show all the core questions and answers, if reviewed, given by the GHA itself, but also by any airline using this particular GHA location (if they have created a view on such location).
The extract includes the core capabilities for all GHA locations where:
- The GHA or airline shares their capabilities publicly.
- OR When they accept your share request.
- OR When you have created your own view.
The content of this export: general information (address, operating hours), images and files, and core capabilities (i.e. the answers to the questions).
Lane JSON Extract
Lane JSON extract contains all the lanes owned by your Company and/or shared with your Company.
The content of the export: general configuration information (product, booking, packaging, parties), timeplan, predicted temperature (to be included depending on the chosen settings), and version control.
An extract that contains all the lanes that are
- Owned by your company.
- Shared with your company.
To enable the Data Exports *Administrator* must open the “Administration” dashboard and navigate to “Data Exports”.
After clicking the button “Modify Settings” a modal screen will appear allowing you to toggle the exports that are wanted.
Lane CSV Extract
The Lane CSV extract contains all the lanes owned by your Company and/or shared with your Company in CSV format.
The content of the export: general information (name, booked temperature, status), packaging and product, involved parties, user roles, pharma index.
It includes the exact same information as the lane CSV available on the lane overview page.
This export will be generated daily and available for download.
To enable the Data Exports the *Administrator* must open the “Administration” dashboard and navigate to “Data Exports”.
After clicking the “Modify Settings” button, a modal screen will appear, allowing you to toggle the desired exports.
The lane CSV export includes additional data fields from the Version Control tab: Approved on, Expires on and Revision Period. These new fields help streamline your review processes and improve visibility into lane statuses and associated timelines.
The weekly Lane CSV zip file exported from the Data Exports section includes the date and time in the filename.
Audit Trail & Activity Log CSV
Tenant Administrator can now download CSV files of the Audit Trail and Activity Log. To ensure performance, downloads are limited to a maximum of 5,000 entries. A tooltip message appears when hovering over the download button to inform about this limitation.
FTP Synchronization
The Exports can be downloaded on demand, but more importantly, the exports can also be synchronized periodically via FTP enabling automated system integration without manual intervention. The *Administrator* to synchronize the files with an FTP server. Every week the files will be automatically generated and uploaded onto the remote FTP server. Only the lane CSV, if enabled, will be automatically generated and uploaded daily.
In order to enable this feature the Tenant Administrator must navigate to the Administrator dashboard -> Data Exports.
Click on the “Modify Settings” button and toggle the “Enable FTP Synchronization”
SFTP Synchronization
Exports can also be synchronized periodically via SFTP, enabling automated system integration without manual intervention. The Administrator is responsible for synchronizing the files with an SFTP server. Every week, the files will be automatically generated and uploaded to the remote SFTP server. Only the lane CSV, if enabled, will be automatically generated and uploaded daily.
To enable this feature, the Tenant Administrator must navigate to the 'Administrator' dashboard and go to 'Data Exports.'
