Setting up customer handling

In Validaide we make it possible for you to indicate which Air Carriers/Ocean Carriers you serve at a certain location.

To add your Customers you just have to follow below steps:

1. Go to the My Locations menu and click on the location you would like to define customers for.
2. Go to the Configuration tab and click on the pencil icon in the General Information section:
   
3. In the pop-up window go to the “Customer Handling” tab and there you can add all your customers for that location. You can keep on selecting companies. After you are done, click on the “Save” button:
   
4. As a result, you will see the list of serving companies in the location profile, under the location name:
