Manufacturers can find relevant forwarder information on the landing page and a breakdown of the lane status and pharma index. Specifically, they can see top 5 forwarders, the total number of lanes, and a breakdown of the lane status.
This is possible by clicking on a forwarder's name and see all the above-mentioned information.
A tenant administrator is able to find more information in the dashboard under Administration – Dashboard. Here the tenant administrator can see the following tabs:
- Overview tab - Here the user can find a brief overview of the most relevant metrics.
- Lane tab - Here the user will find information on manufacturer-owned lanes and lanes that have been shared with the manufacturer by a forwarder.
- SOPs tab - Here the user can see analytics on their own SOPs and SOPs shared with the manufacturer by forwarders.
- Company tab - General company information overview.

The users, who have access to the lane overview, can find Pharma index indications in the lane overview, including sorting and filtering.
Pharma manufacturers can find a new graph, in the analytics dashboard, based on lanes shared by forwarders and Pharma Index.
The Pharma Index and all the sub-scores also appear in the Lane Overview download.
