Why can't I see the capabilities that were shared by my supplier?

In case your supplier's capabilities are not public on Validaide, you need to send them a sharing request to receive their capabilities data. Once they accept your request, you will be able to see their capabilities data in the Compare tab as they defined it.

However, in case they have not defined their capabilities - so there is not data available - you will only see blank answers from your supplier:

When this is the case, you can ask your supplier to fill in their questionnaire and also review it. Only then you will be able to see their data.
