A user type can be changed only by an Administrator.
In case you are not an Administrator please contact the Administrator of your company's account and ask them to change your user type.
If you are an Administrator, you can change the user type of your colleague by following below steps:
- Click on the
icon in the upper right corner and navigate to Administration
- Then go to the
tab
- Click on the user you would like to change the user type of
- Go to the
tab
- Click on the user type with the dotted line and change it
