Report a Missing Company

In case you cannot find a company when trying to add a Supplier/Supplier Location and you also cannot find it in the Market Info -  menu, it means that the company doesn't exist in the Validaide database.

Before requesting a company, please try to search for it differently - it is possible that we have it under a slightly different name. In the Market Info - menu you can filter on company type and country as well.

Once you make sure we do not have the company in our database, you can send us a Company Request. There are more ways to do that.

• The easiest way for you is when you are trying to add them as a Supplier, or one of their locations as a Supplier Location, you can just click on the link that appears there, saying "Cannot find the Company you are looking for? Please request it here.".
• A more general way to request any company that is not in our database yet is to go to the Market Info - menu and click on .

When filling in the form in the pop-up window, please try to be as accurate as possible and try to fill in all the information. This will make our work easier and we will be able to complete your Company Request faster.
